RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for store credit ONLY. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. After this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached. No deodorant, perfume, smells or makeup stains, etc. will be accepted. Accessories, intimates, sale items and special offers are final sale and are not accepted for returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us withing 3 days of receiving your item at sweetlanebtq@gmail.com.

How to make a return

Securely package your item(s) and include the package slip, stating the reason for your return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process the return and a store credit will be emailed to you directly.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard USPS rates apply.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50 - US orders only

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at sweetlanebtq@gmail.com, and we will file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package cannot be located we will reship your items.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier can confirm delivery, we are not able to issue a refund.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the mail carriers and will not refund shipping costs if guaranteed shipping time are not met. Please contact USPS if your items are not delivered on time.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for the custom/duty fees for shipping outside of the US. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and all other applicable fees. The shipping rate will be calculated and added at checkout.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
